If you notice an error in the order confirmation, you must notify us via chat or email at sugarncrumbsbn@gmail.com atleast 48 hours prior to your order is due to be delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must cancel prior to making your payment.

If you wish to add to or change your order, or change the time of delivery, you must notify us via chat or email at @sugarncrumbsbn@gmail.com atleast 48 hours before your order is due to be delivered.

Your order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the products has been received.

Reselling our products at third party locations such as cafes without our consent is prohibited at all costs. Our products should not and cannot be claimed as yours - if you wish to collaborate with us, please send us a message.​
PAYMENT

Prices can be changed at any time but confirmed orders made prior to change will not be affected.

Payment for all Products must be made via BIBD or Baiduri bank transfer only.

All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not made within one hour of checking out.

All payments are non-refundable.
DELIVERY & RETURNS

We are not liable for any delays that may occur on your delivery date. Please choose your delivery time atleast 5 hours ahead of your event (where applicable).

We are not liable for the items once it leaves our premise. In the event where no one is in to receive your order, you are to arrange any changes with the runner yourself and you will bear all additional costs. Your order CANNOT be sent back to us.

Once the order is confirmed, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process.​

Free delivery is available on all orders over $250 placed on the website.

Once the order has reached its destination, it is considered as "accepted" by the receiving party. If a product is not as on the Order Confirmation, we will credit or refund your purchase.

In the case of damaged goods you must retain the damaged products and all packaging for inspection by us. Subject to our report on the claimed damage and to these Terms and Conditions, we will either provide you with a store credit for further products or provide you with a full refund.

​All products must be returned to us prior to receiving the store credit or full refund.

As taste is a very personal and subjective matter, we cannot accept the return of any products merely because you do not like the taste.
